What time should I arrive? Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment – late showing for treatment will deprive you of treatment time.

Do I need to bring anything with me? We supply everything.

Who should I tell if I have any special concerns? Please inform us when you book an appointment if you are pregnant, have had any recent injuries, surgery or any cosmetic procedures.

Cancellation charges: Please give 48 hours’ notice if an appointment cannot be kept. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price.

Deposit: We take a £15 deposit at time of booking for selected treatments.

Spa relaxation policy: The salon is not a suitable environment for young children. We also ask everyone to keep mobile phones on silent or to switch them off.
