We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to relax and get ready. Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to make your appointment: we will be happy to reschedule, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price. For spa packages, advanced facials and body wraps, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
